A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Washington County Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those search entries. If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond.

Links may lead to county or state portals, libraries, archives, and outside search services. The policy of that outside service controls information you submit after leaving this reference. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Oregon Consumer Privacy Act rights, ORS 646A.570 through 646A.589, may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-out choices for data held by covered businesses. Because this reference retains very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then deleting eligible information. Use the Contact page to make a request. Government records held by Oregon, Washington County, or city custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the holding office.
